Haldi Dudh (Turmeric Milk) Program for the poor Cancer Patients - Vital support through Annadan. SRM Foundation is committed to extending a helping hand to patients in need by offering essential nourishment through the ancient practice of ANNADAN.

GOALS:

  1. To ensure that the patients facing health challenges receive adequate nutrition through regular provisions of Turmeric Milk & Fruits.
  2. To contribute to the speedy recovery and well being of patients by offering them essential nutrients vital for their healing process.
  3. Alleviating Financial Burden on economically challenged patients by providing these nutritional supplements FREE OF COST.



ACTIVITIES:

  1. Distributing quality turmeric milk and fresh fruits to vulnerable patients including children battling cancer, economically disadvantaged elderly, and other patients with dreadful disease
  2. Collaborating with hospitals, healthcare providers to ensure efficient and widespread distribution of nutritional supplements.

 

 

PROBLEM:

Many patients and their relatives come to the hospital from the rural & different part of India for treatment. Need for a nutritious diet and supplement is an essential nutrient vital for their speedy recovery. 


SOLUTION:

We have taken the initiative by providing Turmeric milk & fruits to 125+ (approx.) patients every day. Per month cost is Rs.65250/-


IMPACT:

Through this initiative 125+ (approx.) poor and needy cancer patients are provided with a healthy and nutritional supplement during the tenure of treatment.

Monitoring and evaluating the program’s impact through regular feedback from beneficiaries and healthcare professionals, aiming to continually improve and expand the initiative.

Patients at times are forced to stay on foothpath due to insufficient of funds.

We, would like to introduce us with you, we at SRM Foundation is a registered non government organisation working for the welfare of the needy and poor patients with Cancer and major medical ailments. We enable an easy cycle for patients right from investigation to diagnosis, medical aid, free food, free medicines. We have successfully served more than 500 patients and their relatives in last 20 years with 30+ paramedical services/ activities and organized 300+ medical camps. Apart from this we are distributing food to approx.1000 people per day which includes needy patients, doctors and hospital staff. During the challenging times of fighting with Pandemic, we had provided approx.500 Oxygen Concentrators to help the patients suffering with COVID- 19.
